Our facility

Our state-of-the-art facility is located in Corsicana, Texas on a 26-acre site, 50 miles south of Dallas. At more than 200,000 sq ft, our facility can shell more than 50 million pounds of pecans a year. Navarro is proud to have won the approval of many national and international food manufacturers. Our pecans are found in a variety of brand-name food products in the ice cream, confectionery, cereal, snack food and bakery industries.

Processing & capabilities

The Navarro plant is designed for quality assurance, cleanliness, efficiency and volume. We are constantly upgrading and installing new equipment, keeping well ahead of industry standards. Our facility features state-of-the-art equipment and quarry tile floors, enabling production of the finest pecans available on the market. Clean, efficient and low-cost processing enables Navarro Pecan to be highly competitive.

Operating on a 24-hour basis throughout the year, we have an annual shelling capacity of more than 50 million pounds of in-shell pecans. Our facility is equipped to shell native as well as improved varieties, also known as paper shell pecans.

Navarro has the capacity to refrigerate more than 20 million pounds of pecans at our own location, maintaining them at the peak freshness for shelling throughout the year. We also utilize refrigerated storage warehouses all across the United States for both in-shell and shelled pecans, providing accessible distribution to many food manufacturers in the United States and abroad.
